Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

GBSA Rays 2024 Fall 13u-16u

*** No Refund Policy *** No Refund Policy ***** If parties remove their method of payment (Credit / Debit Card) that is on file , refused to pay their remaining balance based on the contact agreed, legal actions will be pursued to ensure that the agreement that was made (accepting offer) is fulfilled. All Fall 2024 Fees Must be paid by September 15th, 2024

GBSA Rays 9-17

No Pay No Play! No Refund!!!!!!! If you quit a team there is no refund and fees are not tournament based. Uniforms will be a separate cost and will be ordered separately. All players must purchase the uniform package. All players should attend practices and tournaments. Practice locations will vary and GBSA's hitting facility is located in Snellville, GA. (Batter's University)
